Came here for lunch and from the begining customer service is non existent. The order was prepared incorrect. After letting them know it needs to be fixed i received a ” Are you sure” wrong aswer. You need better training. Even with the receipt in hand and showing them where its wrong i was still met with an attitude. In addition they kept making side comments saying ” the order looks fine to me”. This place needs better training or new staff members with better professionalism.

There was no cheese on the outside of my grilled cheese burritos. Bummer, I was really excited to try them. This location is also priced higher than other Taco Bells and doesn’t show up on the App which has deals/better pricing. I’ll just go to Yonkers next time instead.

First, want to note this is a combo “Taco Bell/KFC” location, my review is strictly for Taco Bell, KFC is not my thing.

Very clean place to sit for a costumers. Very good service. Quick. New menu: volcano taco not so explosive. Loco Doritos tacos are the best from them anyway.

Every time I get a quesadilla the cheese is barely melted at all and the chicken is still room temperature. All they would have to do would be to cook it a little longer but I guess they’re impatient. This isn’t going by one instance, this is every single time, and I’ve gone there a lot because of the convenience. There is also a very lazy attempt to cut the quesadilla which results in it just being extremely difficult to pull apart and making it messy with half melted cheese that just falls everywhere. Nowhere in our society should a fast food place ever get a five-star rating but the quality is just bad for Taco Bell standards. I can’t really speak for the other food they make, I only ever order chicken quesadillas.

Just ordered a plain….nothing special…soft taco. Went to the pickup window and was told it would cost $3.45. I asked 3 times for him to clarify…and each time…$3.45. I left without it. HOW does a $1.79 taco end up costing $3.45 ?????? Last time I’ll stop THERE !!!!

It’s okay, the food (steak burritos) was good and filling. The place is redone and very clean and nice. But some of the staff weren’t as friendly I still will give it another shot

They have food here. However, the wait to order and the wait for the food just isn’t worth it. Additionally when you get your food, it is subpar. I know we don’t expect fine dining at Taco Bell but I do like the food and want it to properly assembled. It just tastes better when it looks nice. The bathrooms are dirty and the seating space is very limited as half the chairs are missing.

What a horrible experience, for a newly reopened restaurant the staff was unenthusiastic and it was no Viborg culture in the restaurant. I could have gone to Kentucky for my chicken and made a run to the border for my burrito. The first five bites of my burrito we’re all tortilla and it was pretty flat. You only get one chance to make a first impression so this will be my first and last visit to this location.
