Terrible management and customer service. I ordered 6 tacos with no sower cream but didnt take the receipt, dis t think I needed. Got home and they are all with sower cream. l drove back there, told what happened to whom I had placed the drive trhu order with, said was the manager. He said he DID not make a mistake and because I didn’t have a receipt there was nothing he could do about it. This was a disappointing visit. Which is sad because it looks like it has been recently remodeled. The first strange thing was they had signs up that you weren’t allowed to order at the counter, just with the kiosk or app, so that is weird and a lack of customer service. But the most disappointing thing was the quality of the food. Our tacos were all broken, the shells were just crumbs. And something I’ve never seen, they broke the tortilla of our burrito and instead of just redoing correctly they just wrapped it in a second tortilla. So we had a double wrapped burrito, so until we figured out what they did all we were getting was mouthfuls of tortilla and no filling. Very disappointed.

People don’t know how to follow the orders. They forgot to add chips in my order. I had to drive back to get it and was asked if there was cheese in the bag. Didn’t even look inside my bag, and I said yes but without the chips. He apologized and put the chips in the bag. This is not the only issue I had. I requested to swap with chicken on every order, and yet they put beef instead. I did not want to drive back because this would have been my 2nd time, and they already know me. These people don’t read the orders. Thank you, guys, for messing up our orders! We have stomachache! Smh!!!
