This place is an enigma to me. The woman who works at the taco station at night time needs a raise. She keeps the ship running. One time I saw her argue with a taunting ubereats driver while still busting out like 20 tacos per minute. Very impressive. Service is usually pretty slow at night, but the food always slaps.

Severely Disorganized …demand far outpaces their capabilities. this is the slowest taco bell i jave ever been too. This store model has a perpetual queue of orders vs a limited Queue of a drive through. This allows taco bell to collect far more money than its ability to provide quality service The App is a waste a time as the place is not organized properly to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. The overnight guy has heavy accent , was literally whispering orders and moving in slow motion as orders were piling up. staff was overworked Friday night. i hope they are paid well

This is a busy NYC fast food joint. Service is good but I believe the staff are over worked but they try their best. Food is ok as long as it comes out of the right machine after appropriate hating . Order at the computer kiosk for best results and get out with your food. The seating are is usually busy. Cleanliness could be improved but good overall.
