Twice in 3 orders the food has been wrong. Ordered hard beef tacos? Nope, got soft potato and bean tacos. Ordered beef burritos? Nope got black bean burritos They got the correct number of items at least. Worst than the wrong order is that they never answer the phone. Since I ordered through the app and not door dash I can’t even get anyone on the phone to complain to. $60 wasted at Taco Bell DONG!!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell Green Brook location, and I feel it’s important to share my review to warn others. I placed an order through DoorDash and was given a specific pick-up time. However, when I arrived at the location just five minutes after the estimated delivery time, I was informed that my order would take an additional 15 minutes.

So disappointed. I was very specific in making sure that my order contained no meat and this is what I find. my order on the screen was correct how it was taken but either, the people in the back can’t read the food on the screen or simply don’t care.

My food wasn’t good. I ordered veggie Mexican pizza and they didn’t even spread the beans well. I had chunks of beans just plopped on the tortillas. There is one girl who I asked for forks and bags and I asked her twice and she didn’t even bother coming to ask me what I need. She made eye contact and saw me waiting to ask her but I had to wait until she brought someone else’s order to ask her what I needed.

I’m giving one star because I have to write a review. Today I went there it’s Sunday at 3pm, I waited 30 mins at the drive thru, when I was not being serviced I backed up my car parked and tried to go inside, and an employee told me they were closed and then I observed a Tesla being charged from the inside of the Taco Bell. If anyone can help me on how I can get a hold of the owner so they should know what’s going there because the service there is terrible and people should avoid going to this particular Taco Bell. Look at the cameras for today you could see what was going on.

My kid got severe food poisoning after eating here yesterday, worst Taco Bell branch with lowest service standards. Wrong order was prepared, some tacos were missing the addons and some were totally replaced by something else. Never coming back.
