Oh, my! What an experience tonight. I placed my order online when I arrived to the store I went in and I waited over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me she kept taking everyone before me and didn’t ask. So when I went up to approach the counter again she was beyond nasty and disrespectful so I asked for an manager and he was so young and unprofessional he didn’t know what to do but start yelling at me and the woman behind the counter had an attitude and started to yell and two other workers joined in. Taco Bell what is the matter with you guys! They refused to make my meal and to refund my car! You took my money, you yelled and belittled me, you did not make my food! I got yelled at by little maybe 20 year olds. All my friends and family will not be going to Taco Bell. Please fix this issue of immature behavior I should not have to get yelled at for ordering food

Disappointing. 7:30 at night, so it’s not that busy, and every table is disheveled and dirty, the soda fountain looks like it exploded with soda on every flat surface. The food and service was good per usual but wow, this better not be the new norm?!?

I ordered a supreme crunch wrap, and it was a flat piece of tortilla with a little bit of meat in it. Might as well call it a pancake crunch wrap. It was also falling apart. I’ll never order from the store again.

The worst Taco Bell, I have ever been to. My mobile order was 25 minutes late. I had to beg an employee to acknowledge me, and even then he made eye contact and continued to ignore me. I then asked him when my order would be ready and he said they have to take care of the drive-through before they take care of any customer that is literally standing right in front of them. Your customer service makes no sense and I refuse to come back to this Taco Bell. I will drive the extra 2 miles so I can get an employee to acknowledge me an actually want to give me my order that I paid for.

Super new, super clean. Love the ordering kiosks. There was a guy named Tim we’d see here when it first opened and he was amazing! Hope he’s still with the company. Tables outside are a plus.
