We love this outlet a lot, my kid enjoy her visit every time. It has good sitting space and parking is sorted. Our go to meal here ate burrito, casadilas and veg bowl. It taste consistent all the time, no ups and downs. Thank you

Food is not serve enough fill up, always go for cheaper burrito, because here in this outlet they will not fill up burrito properly, $2 and $5 burrito are same quantity. So go for a cheaper one. why pay more if you will get the same.

Feels like something out of a horror movie. Very uninviting & desolate, felt empty, even though there were workers. I wasn’t aware that it was basically a SELF SERVICE ordering place. UNLESS the young register lady didn’t want to press buttons (& actually work) to take my daughter’s order. Dismissive customer service, as in Don’t bother me, attitude, here’s your food, leave, and don’t ask for anything else. Definitely 1st and last time I go there. The food was at least done correctly.

New and clean, good service too. Building is small, but not too many people inside, so it’s okay. Taco Bell is an occasional must, so tasty!

Was gonna wait for customer service to reply but they’ve been dry since my complaint so I’m gonna leave it here. Ordered a 5$ box and they played me; soft shell and cheesy gordita were what I ordered taco wise, and they literally gave me a hard shell with the chipotle ranch or whatever it is instead of the gordita. I did not pay for a hard shell, so why was it that they seemingly intentionally gave me 2 side tacos for the cravings bundle? This was an order I did online, it was all written down digitally and it was about a 10-minute window between ordering and pickup. What’s more is they literally tried charging me twice for this nonsense. I informed them of it being an online order pickup and when I got to the window the person requested my card, but with this being the first time I ordered there online I figured that was how it worked. Typically, I avoid making trouble for fast food workers since they already get enough flak from horrid customers, but as a broke college student I’m not ignoring it. Customer service could contact me whenever they want this down, but until then I’m leaving it up. This one review won’t damage their business 100%, but it at least makes it known to anyone looking to eat here what potential nonsense they’re possibly on.

Great food. I’d recommend this branch over 500 S River St one as the staff is more friendly and service is fast. Also, they put good amount of food inside burritos or tacos!

I’m not sure what the point of ordering ahead is if the food is never ready. I always have to park in the parking lot and wait. I ordered on the app at 2:09 pm and didn’t receive my food until 2:26 pm, with no other cars behind me in the drive thru. So much for “fast” food.

Seemed unconcerned and unapologetic when they mistakenly served me, a vegetarian of nearly 20 years, meat. They honestly seemed confused as to why I even cared, and didn’t react when I told them that it had the potential to make me sick. You’d think that’s something they would be extremely embarrassed about, but I had to basically pull their teeth to even get them to refund the item that had meat in it. Just the one item, not the whole order. It’s a shame because this was an extremely convenient place to go to get a good, cheap meal after school but, given that kind of attitude, I don’t think I’ll be back.

It’s Taco Bell. Staffs like what ever. Not unfriendly not amazing. They have messed up my order a few times. But it’s Taco Bell so I guess you get what you get.
