I’ve tried this taco bell twice now. Once on the opening day and now a few weeks later. The first time I ordered I was not given any napkins with my to-go order, was missing a fork for my fiesta potatoes and also was missing all the sauce I requested. Moving on past those flaws, the crunch wrap tasted old and was soggy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said it was “new staff and they must be swamped”. Yesterday when ordering I was shocked at how much worse it was. Take a look at my picture, the crunch wrap was all tortilla with barely any filling at all. The burritos were small and they forgot a few of the items I ordered as well. I will not be going back to this location and advise everyone to go to the rt 23 location. That one has been perfect every single time and actually knows what they’re doing. Extremely disappointed.

I know they just opened. But really…..Waited at the drive in for 5 minutes before someone came, @ 925 pm on a Saturday. Placed my order. Got to window paid and waited. Finally got order and asked is everything in there. Drove off got to my sisters and you guessed it full order NOT in bag. Of course no one answers phone. This place is a joke.

The Taco Bell was just opened & I live right down the road so I was so excited to try it out . The food was as expected but goodness , the service was horrendous. The rude man working the window had a horrible attitude & was a complete imbecile when it came to proper customer service. I had asked for breakfast salsa (yellow packet) & he said we don’t have that & slammed the window in my face- didn’t offer any other salsas either ! I won’t be returning – I’d rather drive to the Wayne location so I’m treated like a human, not some cow eating out of a bin.

Got my food, it was warm and good like I expected. People really be trying the most in the reviews for a place that just opened like 3 days ago. Some people have very unrealistic expectations or don’t understand how an ordering kiosk works

I hate leaving bad reviews. It’s not something I do. I’m honestly just trying to get someone to contact me about my order. I ordered online, drove there, got there an hour before they closed only to be told that they closed early and wouldn’t be able to give me my food. I never got my food or a refund. I’ve reached out twice since this happened 10 days ago and have received no help or answers. It’s ridiculous.

horrible. ordered online. all reviews r not kidding. they r either on drugs r just suck. came at 10:30, doors locked and the workers wouldn’t even look at us, ignored us waving at them. We r at the door trying to get attention when my food was ready on the counter?? finally some drugged up guy finally answers the door , doesn’t say a word, and looks at us like we are crazy. We tell him our order and he gave it, freaks. get new employees or shut it downs.

Food is stale. Sent food back and it came stale again. While ordering i say thank you 10 times, only to get head node. Must not like white people. Been here 3 times, has been good but this experience, probably won’t be back. Its Taco Bell for crying out loud. You better get some new workers or you ain’t going to make it.

Finally open, stopped in with my son today. Clearly they prefer ordering from the kiosks rather than in person as I waited 2 minutes and had to then flag someone down to order. Nice clean interior with 11 tables.

Ordered via the app and the store has problem with getting app orders. Sort tacos supreme was a soggy mess, nachos bell’grande was ok. Seemed very disorganized, no one was sure what they were doing, most likely due to weak management, I gave them several weeks before I went there and they still have a lot of work to do!

I understand that they just opened a few days ago and things can get hectic however when you place a pick up order online and pay for it you expect to get what you paid for. The doors were locked and the gentleman that came to the door abruptly said “we’re closed”. He was standoffish and rude and kept insisting that they were closed because they were “mad busy”. He finally allowed me into the restaurant and said “it’s gonna be 25 minutes “. Again, I know this location just opened but I expect the employees to be trained properly and the restaurant to accommodate the orders taken.
