Everytime I go to this Taco Bell, no matter how many times I give them a chance, it’s always a disappointment. Literally everytime I go here they get my order wrong, or forget something that I’ve paid for. And by the time I realize, I’ve already driven off. The staff never listens to what you ask and just puts whatever they feel like putting in the bag. Totally done with this location. Homeless people hanging out by the drive thru begging for food too. Just overall an annoying experience.

I thought it was very interesting that online the closing time stated 1am. I arrived there at 12:07 and waited to place my order. After a few minutes I hear a sound on my right and inquired with the male employee as to whether or not the location was closed. (I was the only person online).

I went through the drive-through and ordered two meals of three tacos, each with only ground beef cheese and sour cream. They had me pull over to the side and wait for the food for 10 minutes then when they finally come to the door and give it to me and we drive all the way home, there’s only five tacos in there when they’re supposed to be six and there’s sour cream missing on one of them. I tried to call to let them know of my issue they don’t even pick up the phone. This is ridiculous. I paid for tacos I didn’t even get in. They were completely wrong.

I’m local. We keep going back because we love Taco Bell and we are so close to this location. We get our for takeout and our orders are NEVER right. Either end up with different tacos or missing items COMPLETELY. It’s hard to verify your order which Taco Bell since how it’s prepared. All individually wrapped [which is fine]. It just makes it nearly impossible to check your order without unwrapping every single taco.

Edit : I got puked probably food poisoned or just bad reaction to food. I had heartburn for a while till I puke. I’ll go see a doctor if it goes worse than this. If you have sensitive stomach I don’t suggest you to eat this kind of food.
