Located on route seven across from the Walmart shopping center. Getting in the parking lot is fine, getting out could be a disaster. Be careful. It’s a nice remodeled Taco Bell. It has drive-through, seating, counter service, and self ordering kiosk. I’m glad they had the kiosk because I didn’t see any employees until about five minutes after ordering. It almost seems like they don’t want you to go to the front register. The food is just OK. Wasn’t my first choice. The nacho fries were very tasty. Everything else just meh. I always set low expectations and just hope that I am surprised.

Once again a the two male workers one young with long hair (hanging all over the place? ) and one older both slower than molasses. The older one was wearing a pair of latex gloves that looked like he’s been wearing them all day? My take out food was barely warm soda nearly flat and no ice apparently their ice machine isn’t working? The young kid with the long hair should not be handling food?

I decided to step inside the Taco Bell to order food being that the drive thru looked a little busy. I walk in there and ordered a chicken quesadilla with onions a soft taco supreme order of nachos with extra cheese. They literally didn’t make my food and had me waiting 25 mins for my food which at that moment I no longer was patient with them. I requested a refund. I watched them make all the food for drive thru and they watched me standing there waiting for my little 4 items but nope they made a 12 pack box 4 crunch wraps 2 quesadillas and much more and had the audacity to wait til I was fed up and asking for my money to then make my food. Worse experience I’ve ever had there. They weren’t even sorry about having me wait 25 mins. Won’t recommend spending any money there. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Used to be an average location but not anymore. Service has plummeted the past year. They seem to only care about mobil deliveries now. It’s a rare occasion I can order drive thru and get a meal or if they even have many items left. They have nothing but excuses. Got 2 different excuses when I tried twice 30 minutes apart. Still using pandemic excuses when everybody is operating normally. Every positive review here recently are fake bots. Fix it Taco bell

My husband and I just wanna put out a great review for a night-shift cashier name- “Lester”. We really appreciate Lester’s professional customer service skills. I mean… “Top Notch”. This is easily the worst Taco bell location I’ve ever been to. And I really love Taco Bell, I have the app and order ahead of time so hopefully when I get there my order is either really or close to be ready, and all the time I’ve order from other places (which btw, I know every single Taco bell in Greater Danbury area and always have great experiences) it’s always nice and fast service. But now that I have to past this place on my way home from work and order before when I get to the drive through they tell me that they don’t have any basic stuff from the menu but don’t even say “sorry that we don’t have any supplies to make your order” it’s just like we can’t make your order tonight go away. And this has happened to me at least 3 times within a month. My brother has had the same issue only in this specific location. I think they not been able to serve the food that the app has is actually making Taco Bell look bad. You better close this place or you could just say in the app what products they don’t have so people get to decide what else to eat instead just like other food chain do.

Absolute worst Taco Bell out there. Never good service, never open accordingly to the posted hours. And I do love Taco Bell as my guilty pleasure, and being close to one after years has been nice, but the staffing is terrible. Ana’s again, they are never open to the hours posted on door or online, and I never get the right order. I always pay for extras and never get any of them. And this last order yesterday 10/12/22 I got NONE of the extras I paid for and called about it and got a nasty attitude and when I returned for the refired order it was even worse!! And I said I would give it another try, and on 11/13/22 I walked in and was half way through an order when they told me I had to leave because the septic backed up and they were cleaning the restaurant!!! Close and lock your doors if that’s the case!!!! I hope this location closes for good and the reputation of tacobell is tarnished for life. Disgusting!!!! Even for a fast food chain you should have higher standards

It sucked. No diet soda and not in a hurry to replace the canister. No parchment paper necessary to make the cheese covered burrito…… That’s why I drove all the way over here from NY. The manager is nasty. She has her friends doing all of the surveys. He hanging out in the restaurant smells like pot from a mile away. Won’t be back.
