Literally the nicest taco bell I’ve been in. The employees at the front actually cared about our food and were extremely friendly. My son lived the food and the employees even gave him a free frozen drink. His favorite color blue. Def def love this taco bell! 5 out of 5 stars

2 people eating fast food for $30.00!!! It was a spur of the minute decision, and a horrible one for sure! Ordered unsweetened iced tea, none in the decanter…asked for more(maybe some near the drive through for those customers) !! NONE!! Tables dirty. My husband ordered Mexican pizza, such a thick layer of beans, for which he ordered without! No knives to cut pizza with. The tacos looked like they were thrown together by a 2 year old. Definitely won’t return.

I love taco bell but I never leave this location with all of my food. I paid $18 and waited in a 20 minute line for two tacos and a drink which wasn’t my complete order. Not to mention they asked if I wanted sauce, but they didn’t even give me any. This taco bell is trash!

This has got to be the most understaffed place I’ve ever visited. It takes FOREVER to get my order; and sometimes it’s all for nothing because the order is given to me incorrectly. And I’m pretty sure it’s because they’ve got like 1-2 people doing everything. This is right off Reidville – there needs to be a full staff to accommodate the traffic that passes through there. I’d literally get my order quicker going all the way into Wolcott St’s Taco Bell and then back out to highway then going into this Taco Bell. It’s ridiculous

I work up the street and me and all my coworkers always end up waiting 20-30 mins before even being able to order. I always do mobile orders too which are never ready when i arrive, i still gotta wait the 20 mins at the order place, then another 15-20 for my food which comes out wrong 🙁 and why do the chips always taste like straight fryer oil!! i thought i just had bad luck but clearly this place has poor management. no shade we know how difficult customer service work can be but cmon now it was 2 tacos and some sauces and there was 2 cars in the drive thru. ill take a long wait and a right order or a short wait and a wrong order but both is ridiculous.

I ordered a party box of tacos and a quesadilla. The party box had 12 soft tacos. Who ever prepared my order didn’t put a single packet of sauce in the box. How? NOT ONE? Your work for Taco Bell and it’s not automatic to put salsa in an order especially a party box? It seems impossible to me to accidentally forget to add salsa to an order. I requested a lot. It was on the order and I didn’t get one packet. Hire some people that care and do their jobs well. If people have a bad experience with your restaurant, they can take their business elsewhere. The problem is, people just don’t value customers and customer service they way they use to.

This is by far the worst location in Waterbury, very sad because its the nicest one in a good location. Customer service -0 professionalism -0 food -0. They need to just clean house they have a bunch of teenagers who are rude and have no concept of customer service. The way you get served here you think they are paying you to eat here… save yourself time and aggrevation… do not go to this taco bell

They are clearly understaffed and not trained properly, the food always takes forever my experience the past 3 visits was a minimum of a 10-20 min wait when I was the only car in the drive thru.
