The staff was rude, they don’t listen to what was ordered and didn’t have most of the food on the menu. I asked for no tomatoes on the food and told them I was allergic tomatoes and ask them if they made sure they didn’t put tomatoes on the food and they said yes very rudely but wouldn’t remake the order and told me to pick them off. I will never go back to this location and tell everyone I know not to go to that location. I was never given a receipt for the food too

This establishment is a prime candidate for removal from this area. The staff exhibit a complete lack of friendliness and professionalism, utterly failing to engage with customers. Without fail, my orders have never been delivered on time. Today, I placed an online order and made the effort to collect it in person. To my dismay, one waiter openly informed me that my order was still in the process of being prepared. However, a mere half-hour later, another individual appeared, informing me that my order had been taken by someone else, and I was to endure an additional 30-minute wait. This restaurant’s nonsensical practices are truly deplorable and represent the epitome of awfulness. The service at Taco Bell is undeniably situated among the lowest of the low.

Rudest staff of all time. I was picking 8 drinks from drive through and the young lady working over there said that I have to carry to 8 drinks on my own since they had no trays. It makes no sense. She also said they are busy all the time so no time to keep track of trays and all. She has a very bad attitude. With such attitude she ahould be fired immediately.

Darleni customer service sucked . I was ordering my food and she was rude . I guess she was helping someone else while I was ordering through the drive through and I politely said “you are confusing me “ . She said with an attitude “I helping someone else” . This job was more than terrible. As soon as I hired they didn’t give me enough time to train whatsoever, they didn’t even let me finishing my work on the laptop. My GM and trainer were both girls and their attitudes are on the rise anytime they clock in. Disrespecting workers and customers. Chilling on the job constantly so the rest of the store goes through hell trying to keep their head above water with the regular flow and rushes we get. Taco Bell allow r*pist to work on site and h*ras the women and men working constantly without nothing being done after multiple reports and even the cops being called to a serious event
