Brand new and clean. We ordered at the kiosk so did not have much interaction with staff. Everything came out great. We are traveling but if we lived closer we would come here often.

I am a chauffeur, and I travel a lot. I love the parking space because I was able to park my bus. As I went in first thing I went to do was use the restroom very clean. The front desk person was very helpful and patient and my food was amazing. Literally the tacos full just like the picture may sound unrealistic, but true!!!!! I speak about this because throughout Connecticut I have gone to many Taco Bell‘s and I can say this is one out of two locations that has done the food correctly where I don’t have to ask to make my tacos over. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and for the manager coming to check how was my food!!!!!! Now, other than an actual restaurant who actually goes out in fast food to converse with the guest to see how was the food etc. Jesus was his name we need more like him again thank you says a lot of the place when you have a head manager like that!

I could’ve went behind the counter and made our own meal. The staff was practically non existent. Our meal was sitting by the drive through counter for 10 minutes before we finally decided to walk back up and ask where our food was. The girl who took our order disappeared for several minutes and the guy that made the food ignored us and just let it sit on the counter. We were the only ones there! Staff just didn’t care, horrible service.

Drive to this Taco Bell. The shells were crunchy, my lettuce was fresh and crisp, my meat was hot, and my jalapeños qere not old. This may sound like common things but the Taco Bell always fails in these areas. I’ll be driving here from now on!!!

This job was more than terrible. As soon as I hired they didn’t give me enough time to train whatsoever, they didn’t even let me finishing my work on the laptop. My GM and trainer were both girls and their attitudes are on the rise anytime they clock in. Disrespecting workers and customers. Chilling on the job constantly so the rest of the store goes through hell trying to keep their head above water with the regular flow and rushes we get. Taco Bell allow r*pist to work on site and h*ras the women and men working constantly without nothing being done after multiple reports and even the cops being called to a serious event
