August 2022. STAFF is RUDE!!! They have such a bad attitude, even rolled their eyes at the window when paying and picking up the order. Ordered from the drive thru and kept getting rushed while hearing the person taking the order obviously huffing and puffing. I ordered two #1’s but asked for it to be veggie. The order was correct on the screen (see pic of receipt) but what I got were dry empty taco shells. Once we got to the window it was more annoyance as if placing an order is bothering them. It wasn’t only the cashier that rolled their eyes, a guy got close to the window and gave a look of disgust. It was almost 10pm, and I understand you’re getting paid minimum wage but if you don’t like your job that much, you really need to get a different one.

The night crew at both Milford locations ask drive thru customers to back up past the window for a few seconds then pull back up ….. Is this to act like they are serving customers faster? As for the food it was super sloppy and cashier was a bit snobby…..

We went through the drive thru this is the 3rd time were been here since we got into this area. Not very customer service oriented on the drive thru and I only ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos what I got was the size to feed my kids when they were like 6 or 7 years old. Talk about expensive and so small not enough to fill you up and they have been like the same size or a bit smaller depending on who’s working I guess…

Gave me food poisoning. Been going here for 10 years and it’s only gotten worse. Location at the mall is a billion-times better. Food from this location is always cold, undercooked and just plain nasty. Location needs to be inspected and potentially fined.

Just ordered from this Taco Bell. Nacho chips are cold, not even luke warm. 2 oz cheese containers have less than 1 oz of cheese in each one. (2 of them). Lesson learned, chipotle every time. (West haven, Milford chipotle is as bad as this Taco Bell.)
