I was waiting for my food for 30 min because the only two people working were two high teenagers that were taking there sweet time talking to each other not really focusing on their job… which let me remind you is not hard. i was the only person there…. after the fact 2 more customers came in and were ignored for as long as I was there. we all stood there like idiots while the staff was in the back laughing and conversing.

They let their ingredients spoil, then serve them to customers. This is particularly evident with the Mexican Pizza, which has had rancid sauce several times. Their tortillas sometimes taste expired as well.

Good luck getting all your order at this location. I’m continually let down by missing items at the drive through. Oh and if you get all your food be prepared for it to be crushed or assembled to look like dog food. Thanks for nothing East Main Taco Bell…don’t worry West Main is worse.

Even though I’m not an employee anymore I’d like to say that I was impressed by how clean the back of the restaurant is and how clean they are when handling food. They also make sure the temperatures are always on point. Hand washing is enforced and hand sanitizing after. This Taco Bell is one immaculate store. In my opinion there’s not one bad thing about this place. You want good service and a clean place to eat definitely go. They also ALWAYS handle food with gloves and the gloves are always changed. A go to for a quick safe meal.
