Never going there again. Tacos were mushy once but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. The food was Not good. They also charge for tomato. Who does that? My whole life they come with it unless you tell them not to put them on.

don’t get a crunch wrap from this location. you’re basically going to get a flat tortilla with some lettuce and cheese. twice, weeks apart i’ve gotten a crunch wrap where over half the wrap does not have any meat on it and on one side there is a tiny amount. other locations they are thick with ground beef. they will also ask you what sauce you want and won’t give you sauce. something will always be missing. the employees are too busy joking around you’re lucky if you’ll get a straw. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I was overcharged for a Deluxe Cravings box. The deluxe cravings box was priced at $9.99 on the menu. After checking my debit card statement, I was charged a total of $23.04. Additionally, the staff wasn’t kind and they claimed my nacho fries was not part of the order and was going to charge me extra. They also forgot to include my mild sauce when I told them minutes beforehand. Would give this Taco Bell 0 stars if I could.

Very typical taco bell. Oddly the only taco bell that only offers black bean quesorito through app orders. Never had this problem at other taco bells. As for the food, the cheesy bean and rice burrito was dry due to minimal cheese.

When this one opened up years ago it was life changing. Best taco bell around for years. The last couple years its gone severely down hill. Im a frequent flyer. Its turned into the dreaded silver lane taco bell. The people there dont care. Everytime I go new faces. They cant keep people or someone to manage it correctly. Tacos are smaller , sloppier, orders are always missing something. At night they turn all the lights off so they looked closed. When you pull up they are super limited with what you can order even if its 10 pm when they close at “1am” I once went and they told me they ran out of beef lol. Who ever owns this franchise needs to come save it. Would hate for it to close since it my go to.

I ordered 3 party taco boxes, first, I was told I had to go to the counter so I did, then while I am in the lobby waiting for my order the guy making the tacos is complaining that people should ask how many people are working before placing large orders, really? Is a fast food joint for heavens sake! and the cherry on top was while trying to take the boxes to my car the boxes broke and I had to go back to the counter to get a bag and the same guy is complaining he didn’t close the boxes, in a nasty matter just because I asked for bags to ensure the tacos I bought for the teens working at my home had a lunch.
