Took my order, I paid, was then informed it would be 15 to 20 minutes due to staffing issues. Requested a refund. Manager told me “we don’t give refunds ” and walked away. After approximately 23 minutes found out they had given my order to another customer as a part of their much larger order, that customer returned my order to the counter. At this point the cashier brought my food to me .COLD! That was my last order of taco bell for life.

Customer service is always terrible, lobby has never been open in the past 3 years of going, delivery and online ordering are both offers they should have (like almost every other taco bell) but still lack. food always has a weird taste to it and this is coming from a true taco bell lover. tacos are soggy and cracked, probably because they take forever to get the order out. can’t remember the last time i was at this taco bell and wasn’t disappointed.

The manager is extremely unprofessional, very rude!! What happened to customer service with a smile. The wait for your “fast” food is beyond ridiculous! I will not be going back there, and most of my coworkers have said the same thing!!! Something should be done with management. This place is poorly ran!!

I spent 30min (maybe longer) waiting in the drive thru. I ordered 2 taco’s and Mexican pizza. The tacos barely had anything in them. The Mexican pizza had a ton of refried beans that were spoiled so bad that after the first bite I had to puke. Absolutely disgusted. So sad because they are the only Taco Bell near me, which is an hour away. I have never tasted anything so horrid in my life. Glad I didn’t end up in the hospital.

Went to the drive thru with my mother, ordered a 5 piece nugget and 2 CRUNCHY tacos, after waiting, with 2 cars ahead of us, for 22mins we got out food, had to ask again for nugget sauce, drove away, stopped to eat, and had 2 SOFT tacos, when what was ordered was CRUNCHY tacos and under fried nuggets, after waiting that long for tiny order we didn’t want to go back to fix it then wait for that too!

Anytime I’ve gone here I’ve been waiting for at least 20 minutes. I have a lot of patience for fast food because I’ve worked it. I understand stuff happens. But the amount of time I’ve waited every time is a little excessive. The food itself is fine the friendliness of the staff is tolerable. I just wish they’d get their speed of service under control. We waited in this exact spot for 25 minutes today. I wouldn’t have bothered staying if I had anything else to do
