Late night drive thru below expectations, might be better during the day. However, when a fast food restaurant posts a sign in the payment window stating that they “don’t offer refunds” and that they’ll totally “get your order right”, it should be immediate cause for concern.

Took me 10 minutes to order in the drive through. They were very adiminte in the fact I could not get there Nashville Hot sauce on anything but a few specific items. Yet every time I attempted to order those items they would be out of an ingredient. I then asked them to put it on other items to no avail. Even asked for it on the side, nope. I was flabbergasted. They did not claim the sauce was out of stock. They just kept saying I could not have it.

I love Taco Bell but it’s a shame that this one is the only one in the area. I’ve had issues almost every time I’ve visited here. First off it is always freezing inside the restaurant…. know matter what time of the year it is. Definitely not comfortable to eat inside. I would prefer to just go through the drive thru but have had food left off my order almost every time and eating nachos while driving doesn’t usually work too well. The drink station is always a mess. Soaking wet from sticky soda, melted ice, etc. Other than that though the inside of the restaurant is pretty clean. Customer service is alright but if you do mention something they may have messed up on, the manager seems annoyed. Probably gonna have to think twice before going back here again anytime soon.

The man that took our order was very rude to my grandmother. She didn’t remember the amount and the worker very rudely told her. A few of the other workers were also trying to fight each other. We didn’t go inside we went through the drive thru but I didn’t like the way my grandmother was treated here.

When Sean asked us if we’d like to round up our balance to donate at this establishment today, we asked how much it would be (because he hadn’t already told us our balance in the first place). After telling us it would be 20¢ he refused to take our donation at all because “just so you know, rounding up means it’s less than a dollar, and if you can’t donate a dollar, you shouldn’t be donating.” We’re sorry for him that he was having such a horrible day that he was desperate to give it away to us through his scolding. We hope he made up for all his refused donations today. Sounds like he’s a rich, morally grounded man, putting down the middle class who simple want to know their total before donating up to a full 99¢…We give the beefy five layer burrito a 5/5. Sean gets a -3/1000.

I’ve been here many times for picking up orders and eating. Aside from a few managers no one cares about their job, with meals usually taking +20 minutes to be made. The foods always subpar and unless you’re dying for one of their meals (which they might not even carry) I recommend wouldn’t anyone come here
