I tried coming to this taco bell twice the past two days. Today I had extra time to wait in line. The line was looped around the building at 6pm on a Monday. 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. One red flag was the guy wearing his gloves which seemed like they have been worn for a long time and were gross. Then I got my bag of food and it was raggedy and greasy. I got my food out and it was all cold and soggy! To make things worse, I called to complain about the quality of the food and the lady hung up the phone on me and disconnected the line. Not coming back here!

How is there a Uber eats service for this company. How many people is out there that buy’s a mixed verity of tacos in the box with no sauce. Your job is to make sure everything is in the order. This company have $44 dollars of my money and did not follow threw with my order. Now me and my wife have to eat dry tacos. This is very upsetting. We also had to wait a hour for our meal there is no explanation for this. I would really like to be compensated for this.

I mean……yeah. It’s Taco Bell. The food is ok, staff was nice, restaurant was reasonably clean. I have to give it 4 stars because the food always wrecks havoc on my digestive system, hence the reason I don’t eat here often. I guess it’s nice to know some things never change, good for the nostalgia factor.
