The food is good. But late night, they are slow and handle one car at a time. Once the car at the window gets their order, they take the next order all while a long line builds up around the building. Learn to take multiple orders at once.

This taco bell is an absolute joke, I only went to this one because the Cranston st location was ignoring people who were pulling into their drive through. Upon pulling into this locations drive through (about 1am) and after ordering I’m informed that “There is no beef left for the rest of the night, only chicken or steak” okay, I was mostly going to get chicken anyway no problem. After being forced to be upcharged on the taco in my meal and having the bag handed to me I take a peak inside to make sure everything is there and find that someone didn’t bother to wrap one of the tacos so everything is basically all over the inside of the bag. Cool nothing like a deconstructed taco I overpaid on, not like I wanted to eat that one anyway. Once I got home and started eating it quickly became apparent that they were running out if chicken too, I essentially bought taco shells, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a little sauce I barely found any chicken at all, there certainly wasn’t any in the bag! Nothing like getting ripped off by a major chain because they failed to plan appropriately to do the one thing they’re supposed to be decent at. I will never go to this taco bell ever again, I’ll only let you rip me off once, I would advise anyone who goes here to make sure their food is made correctly and they’re not just selling you some overpriced lettuce.

They are open until 2 AM. I went there at 1:30 on Monday only for my children and they told me they ran out of food. They did give me 4 Baja blast, but for the establishment to run out of food that is totally unacceptable. And the only excuse I can think of is the kids there working do not care about the customers and wanted to get out of there and go home which shows me the owners of the establishment do not care about customers and let the children run the establishment

Super clean and staff is always friendly and attentive! The manager is so kind and welcoming. Get you a steak quesorito with spicy ranch instead of Chipotle sauce and tell me it isn’t bomb.

Hands down worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in terms of the food however the customer service was very okay. My order was made incorrectly and my crunch wrap was about as thick as the lid of a paint can and just as hard.

This is one of the better Taco bells. Some are pretty bad but the service here was good and the food was good. I do believe the only way to get good service at this or any Taco Bell is to go inside because the drive-thru experience is usually pretty bad so I can’t speak to that. Inside this location is fairly clean and they were pretty fast and preparing my food.
