There is one manager/supervisor or someone who acts as such that just completely ignores the people inside and a majority of the DoorDashers and Uber Eats drivers. Waited forever for my order to be taken and as I’m waiting watched 5 or 6 Dashers come in looking for their order. A few walking right out saying they aren’t waiting, which I don’t blame them because after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order I wait even longer to get my actual food. But whenever that lady isn’t here, it’s tip top service.

Every single time I go to this location they manage to screw up my order. Usually it’s something as simple as they didn’t take x or y off the item, but today I got 2 beefy melt burritos and they somehow forgot the beef? How does that even happen? Honestly at this point I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to another location so that I get what I actually order.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered food a hour ago to be picked up at 11:45 they never started the pick up order then yelled and argued that it was fine that we left with our food (made wrong) at 12:10. Waiting a half hour after the pick up time. Pathetic group working and very rude.
