Its not as bad as some of the recent replies seem to insinuate, I generally order every two weeks and its been fine every time ive ordered in the past months. My only issue is that they seem to skimp on their online side of things, at least as far as the taco bell side is concerned, but that doesnt change the taste or speed of the food delivered

If there was a negative I would give a negative. First off I know nobody likes working in fast food especially Taco Bell or kfc. I worked at a Taco Bell for a year and I made the best of it. That being said if your that miserable then please go find something else to do. It was like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. And speaking of food let’s talk about that first let me speak on the worst kfc I have ever had and I’ve been to some dumpy locations. The chicken wasn’t fried it was soggy and so greasy that the skin literally slid off. And for the love of god change your friolater oil nothing worse then having to sit in the bathroom for an hour after you eat some fried food. Now let’s get into the tacos that were not only completely wrong but the shells of the tacos literally tasted like they were sprayed with cleaning chemicals. My wife literally spent the next 24 hours in bed sick. This is where the company should step in read the reviews and take some sort of action before someone gets really sick !!!!!!!

I really used to like this place and its gone downhill. Ive gone several times in the last few weeks and my order has been wrong Every. Single. Time. Without fail. Staff clearly does not understand instruction well. They struggle to make even their own menu items with even zero customization to them. Really disappointing.

Worst experience. They had it that the store closes at 10 it but the doors were locked by 9:30 but got in through the side door but they sent us back unserved !

This may be one of the best Taco Bell/KFC’s I’ve ever been to. The facility was immaculate, they were fully staffed with competent, cheerful folks & we received our food within seconds! Plus, they weren’t cheap with the ingredients – my guest couldn’t even finish her nachos – they were piled high with toppings and wonderful! Definitely be back – great job and a stellar example for others to emulate.

Just grabbed food here this evening because of a bad experience at another taco bell. Everything was streamlined, the person was super friendly. They did forget the burrito supreme, which is always disappointing to get home and have someone in the family missing their meal. Otherwise I highly recommend this one!
