I don’t think it’s fair to rate the food because all Taco Bell food is pretty much identical to me. Service at this location, however, is very spotty. Sometimes they are quick and efficient and other times you could be waiting for 20 minutes plus when it’s not even busy. Won’t stop me from going.

They are always closed. When they are open, I recieve my food cold. My order is almost always wrong (mixed items with different order or I have asked for specific instructions that were not followed) Employees are rude, and always taking their time to do anything. I live close to this Taco Bell and will be going out of my way to go to a Taco Bell further away in the future.

Went through the drive thru, ordered two diet drinks and a regular drink and the attendees didn’t mark them. We asked them which were which and they said, the diet is lighter. Ummm seriously, then we asked if they could just redo them, and they asked can you just taste them. Which is not that unreasonable but you would think that they would just remember to mark them. And then we got a bean and cheese burrito and it was the size of a soft taco. There was barely any beans in there. It was like they took a spoon of beans out of in a burrito sized tortilla and then just wadded it up into a ball. Will never go here again and we passed up Wendy’s for this.

Didn’t get half of our order but paid for it. Tacos we got had at best 2tbs of meat in them. By the time we figured it out and came back the line was outrageous and the inside was locked. Would love a refund.

Worst experience at a drive through ever. Took 20 minutes and the women at the window just stood there on her phone instead of doing anything. I saw multiple cars leave without getting their food. I have never been so angry at service

Every time I order from this Taco Bell I get disapointed and don’t want to go anywhere near another Taco Bell for months. Either they take 30+ minutes to make up a single order, forget to put in food you ordered and still make you pay for it, putting unwanted ingredients in your food, or a mix of all 3. Tonight it was a mix of all 3 for me at least and its my final straw this this place. Order took 30 minutes to make (not including the extra 10 minutes it took to drive there since we ordered on the app), still was missing a Burito Supreme after all that time, and we find out later that someone loaded it with a spicy sauce that I didnt order with it. I’m going to start going to the Taco Bell in Plymouth because even though its a longer drive, I’d probably be saving time just driving there instead of waiting in Pembroke. 1 Star. Never coming back

These guys are in there trying not to serve food. Il pull up to the window and they tell me they are only doing pick up orders, or their system is down. They might be open but 9 outta 10 times they are not serving food.
