In terms of food it is just another taco bell. But I’ve been having lunch here for weeks and can tell you for a fact that the staff here is pretty good. Especially this girl who stands at the cash counter, I don’t know her name. She is very helpful and friendly, and always makes sure I get my order on time so that I can return back to work. Ordered through the Taco Bell app. My order never arrived and nobody picked up my call at the store. I have been calling the store for over 1 hour and they don’t even pick up the call. I called the customer care service, nobody responded there as well. It’s frustrating that I paid for the food I never received. This is my worst Taco Bell delivery experience ever. I want a refund for my order.

Not crazy bout fast food but always liked taco bell… it’s nice inside… different from most I’ve seen… employee gave me a bit of attitude just for asking for the cup I ordered and she called my name (mike) and I asked which last initial… there was two mikes waiting for orders …lol

They CLOSE BEFORE 1am. they stop taking orders 45 min before 1am. If you don’t want to work that late, get another job or change your hours. And instead of talking to each other about your love lives (we can all hear) maybe pay attention to people’s orders, because we saw 2 people walked off with orders that were not there’s due to being mad you didn’t let them order.

I work retail and understand the exhaustion of the workers. That being said: refusal to serve customers 30 minutes before closing is more than embarrassing. Please hire employees that are bare minimum willing to do their jobs. If the establishment “truly” closes over an hour before they say they do, please make that known.
