Positively the RUDEST and most useless fast food employees. I had to say my order not once, not twice but THREE times and they still messed it up. Of course they never give a receipt… If the staff can’t understand English, perhaps they shouldn’t work drive through!! I don’t know which Taco Bell in Haverhill is more useless, but both are filled with incompetent people.

Would give zero stars if it let me. Ordered thru the app hit payment, my card was charged, but order didn’t go through for some reason. Told the kid at window that looked high. Said they couldn’t do anything call customer service. Called them, will take 4 + days to refund my money. So they got my money I got no food. no sorry, asked about getting a gift card for my inconvenience and now having to cook after working a 12 hour day. Nope they don’t do that. I will never go to taco bell again

Out of four items ordered, zero items had the correct ingredients (as listed, not a special order). Although I won’t blame this unit specifically, the “Grilled Cheese Burrito” is beyond greasy, almost to the point of unedible. The bathroom was also rather disgusting, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently (maybe days). Overall, not a Taco Bell I would return to.

One door was locked to deter people from coming inside. Ordered on the kiosk. Waited 20 min for the food. They were out of lettuce, which happens but they didn’t let us know prior to ordering. The food was okay at best. Place was a mess. Workers crying And yelling in Spanish on their phones. Over all sad store.

No supervision. All employees are teens or early 20’s with a child of maybe 5 6 running ask around the dining room while the employees seemed to take turns keeping an eye on her. Seemed like a severe lack of training for employees. We ordered using the self service kiosk and the employee had to ask if we ordered drinks. My son ordered a frozen drink for an upcharge. That machine was out of service and a refund for the difference in price of the fountain soda was never offered.

Very hit or miss spot. I’ve met nice staff and staff who don’t want to be there and show it. Depending on when you go you could also wait an hour if they are understaffed enough. Food is also very hit or miss. I usually don’t do additions to my food because it’s never added anyways.

This could very well be the worst taco bell on the planet. The food is fine, when you finally get it, if you get what you order. Zero customer service. 1 person working speaks a little English so your oder will be wrong. I ordered on the kiosk inside and they had no idea where my order was. Took 29 min to get my order after watching 3 parties who ordered after me on the same kiosk get their order before me.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, ordered 6 crunchy and 6 soft tacos, waited 20 minutes for them, then had to ask for sauces as they were walking away from me. Got home and opened them up, 4 of the crunchy taco shells were shattered in the wrappers, and everything was cold, the cheese piled on top wasn’t even close to attempting to melt at all. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to ever. We had an issue a while ago where we went in to order, stood there for 45 minutes while the people working there would just look at us and walk away, so I left and contacted corporate, they strung us along and eventually just stopped contacting us, this is a disgraceful representation of a reputable fast food restaurant
