Tell me how EVERY other taco bell I go to will substitute a taco in a cravings box for a soft taco but this trash hole place tells me I can’t? I legit pay extra at every other taco bell, even the KFC/Taco Bell in Webster, for a soft taco supreme in my cravings box but not THIS taco bell…. Nope THIS place “doesn’t do substitutions because it’s a meal” since when? Worst taco bell ever. Maybe train your people to allow customers who WANT TO PAY MORE to get a meal they enjoy that making the sale is better than telling them no. As a restaurant manager AND a previous manager of a Taco Bell, I can tell you that you are not running this business correctly. Absolute insanity.

I’ve been working across the street from this place for 3 years and the I have never had issues getting multiple packets of fire sauce 2 to 3 per taco and today they said that they can only give out 1 per taco and no extra, I asked if I could just pay for the few extra so half my tacos aren’t dry and they told me no. Looks like I’ll be taking a long break from here!

It’s a good place for a quick dinner however, the food was only a little more than warm. The service was OK at best, and the order was short one piece of what I ordered, this is actually pretty common with this taco bell unfortunately. They’ll fix it quick enough, it’s just a pain to have to count everything each time I go there, and have to go back inside and explain they didn’t give my full order, and it’s almost a constant issue. Other than that, it’s still good food after it’s reheated and the store itself is very clean and neat.

Online it offers breakfast. I show up to order. They have a sign that says breakfast till 11am. I’m at the drive up and even the screen says breakfast till 11am. Lady says they never serve breakfast. Total d-bags.

I have tried going here on 3 different occasions in the past year and all three visit left me finding another place to eat. The staff at the times I went there was quite rude, and I was refused service on two occasions (although I will say on one occasion it was the manager trying to run the store alone and had given up.). Very unhappy with this place, if you want Taco bell, I would try to find another location.

Sorry for the gross photo. This was supposed to be a spicy chicken taco. Not only was I given a bone-in wing in a sandwich but it was not even cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Thank God I didn’t bite hard or I would have chipped my two front teeth. I’ll be reporting this to your corporate office.

This was a great example of turning a location in the right direction. A great interior remodel, clearly well managed, low prices, clean, efficient, plus they were generous with the portions. I rarely re-review places, however, this was an exception. Highly recommend.

They Don’t make food right ever! Was told one time to pull around when no one was waiting behind me. People are sarcastic and rude who Work here and that makes u question what happens behind closed doors . Another time My order was made wrong and a guy who worked there asked for the food back which u are not supposed to and made the order the proper way which was good . I didn’t feel comfortable with the tone. My order is never made correctly each time I go there! Not good service. Who ever is in charge of management needs cameras , monitoring and coaching on recipes how to make the food!

If you want a quick taco go here. But make sure you ask for sour cream because it not just given also you have to ask for the type of sauce you’d like as well
