I hate leaving bad reviews but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Almost everytime I go here my order is wrong… this past time they gave my bf soft shell tacos instead of hard… he’s gluten intolerant and the worker checked with us twice to make sure they were hardshell. Now we’re stuck with 12 tacos that he can’t eat after spending about $38 on them…

We spent nearly 60.00 for a take out. Drive through atTaco Bell/KFC, Greenfield, MA. At home our food was overcooked and wrong. The Bkt of chix was Dk. Brn Dry and way overcooked. Inedible. Biscuits hard and no gravy on the mashed potatoes. The 5 layered beefy burritos werent there they gave Supreme Tacos. 1 sm. Mac and cheese and it was missing the coleslaw. We called the restaurant before going back and I asked to speak to the manager. He said speaking, I asked may I have your name he hesitated and said Alan. I told him all the issues he said I would have to call the company… they don’t do refunds. We were so upset…. That we were dismissed and they werent helpful. So we all grabbed everything to go back to Taco Bell /KFC and they weren’t willing to refund or replace. They were out of certain foods and wouldn’t refund so we could go to another restaurant even tho the food that was inedible. I asked for the manager, a Young Girl came to the counter, answering she was in charge. A man said yeah she’s the one I talked to. She said she was the manager REFUSED TO GIVE A NAME /NO TAG ON SHIRT We explained everything… she said no refunds were allowed. Call headquarters. Using very colorful Hostile F words in front of our children. She gave the threat of calling the police. She had her phone in her hand talking to someone and laughing. As we’re backed out the door and she locked it. Startled at the behavior. We left… now we are texting due to no reply by phone. WE FEEL ROBBED, WRONGED, LEFT HUNGRY, ENDURED EMBARRASSMENT. $58.85 Was SPENT & the FOOD was scrapped. We ended up spending more money to get a pizza. This is unacceptable. No one has returned our calls. No One has refunded our money.

The only thing consistent about this place is that they can’t get an order right. Be prepared to wait for more than 20 minutes if there are 2 cars in front of you. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every time I convince myself to go back because it can’t be as bad as the last time, they find some new way to disappoint. Typing this while I eat my Crunchwrap supreme that is only beef, beans, and sour cream.

If I could give 0 stars I would. THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever dealt with. This is not the Taco Bell for you if you have any type of allergy or dietary restriction at all. Very incompetent staff. After three times through the drive through with a wrong order, they still did not build a correct order. I have given them many chances, and through what looks like new management, they have failed.

Slow. Drive thru took 25 minutes.. during regular hours (3pm on Sunday)..and with only three cars in front of us. Would’ve abandoned ship if we weren’t blocked in and committed. Food looked looked like it was haphazardly put together and they forgot utensils.

Food ok, everything else not so much. The men’s restroom I felt dirtier leaving it then when I came. Used Lysol wipes to clean my hands after I went back to my car, that’s bad how I felt. Cleanliness is quite lackluster took pictures of what I could without looking like I was. 1 of the drink area 6 of the Petri dish they call a restroom.

2/10/23 9:10- 9:35pm cameras need to be CHECKED… I’ve never in my life seen such an embarrassment of a business. To the manager walking around talking on her cellphone while people are in line for 30 mins, you should be fired. I felt so bad for this poor young girl(Jada) running around doing everything while everyone was all laughing and joking and on their phones while two customers behind me left they didn’t care, they tried to give me the wrong bag . If they kept the orders on screen they’d know who’s who but so they don’t look bad for managers they take them off screen and forget what’s what .. terrible terrible service I will never go back again… cameras need to be reviewed and people need to be fired !!!

I usually go to Taco Bell in Keene, NH and am generally okay with what I get. Here the cashier was pleasant but did not listen very well. He got the order right but had it as a take out not a eat in. Minor detail . When the food came I was disappointed . The taco’s hardly had anything in them. I was equally disappointed in the amount of filling in my quesadilla. Probably will not go back to this location
