You input your own order which I did. Submit a debit card for payment which I did. Then, I watched everyone behind me get their orders first. I finally flagged down a worker who claims there is no record of my order in their system. Then he walked away from me as if I didn’t exist, somewhat like my order. I left very angry but didn’t make a scene. When I got home, my bank statement reflects the withdrawal for my never entered order. Hmm. Out of money, and out with no dinner. Will never go there again. Horrible customer service!

Didn’t offer a paper receipt because I ordered through the kiosk. The customer behind me wanted to pay cash and it confused the workers. This is silly. The food isn’t good enough for the services offered or prices. They were nice, but you don’t need my email or phone number.

I order thru mobile app all the time. Around 60% of the time I’ll have a major customization wrong (missing sauce, didn’t remove a standard ingredient, etc) or even straight up missing an item. Ordered a cravings box and a second chalupa and straight up the guy at the window looks in the bag then hands it to me. No second chalupa. Cmon man I paid for it in the app

I didn’t actually have to interact w any workers, but I spoke w an employee outside while he was on his break. He was super nice, very helpful when I asked him about the new location. I’ve never been back to a Taco Bell since I went to the location next to Sbux in the plaza across the street; there was an employee throwing food at a customer, swearing, calling them the most horrible names, When the manager came back from break, she didn’t seem to care either way.I don’t know about any history, but all the lady did was order. t

I went through the drive through and got 3 tacos and an order of nachos. When I get the food there is 1 taco missing and the cheese for the nachos is all over the bag so I go inside for prabbly 10 minutes they look at me prabbly 8 times and do nothing
