I went through the drive thru today with my mom and was very pleased with my experience at Taco Bell. The tacos and fries were really fresh and tasty. There wasn’t a wait in the drive thru, the order came in a very timely manner.

Who is the manager at this location, you need to retrain your staff ASAP. There is no way your store is making more sales than compliants. When we pull up to the window she has her back to us the whole time leaning on the window typing in another order, then when she finally looked at us just asked for payment (which is her job) my boyfriend hands her the card and proceeds to ask if he can have a soda, A SODA, she states you can’t order at the window. It’s 9:38pm with no line ( we were the last car of 3). Before we pulled off luckily we checked and our order was wrong. When my boyfriend asked for the rest of the meal, she only handed us one thing…. which now makes sense because the order was not put into the system correctly and listening to the customer. We found this out after reviewing the receipt. From start to finish it was horrible!

Absolutely horrendous. Made an online order and didn’t receive my food until 30 minutes after arriving. Received the wrong order the first AND second time, after being handed my food followed by a comment. That comment was, “That’s a heavy bag.” Thanks for calling us fat Taco Bell, we were bringing food to a party. Can’t even make a taco right.

I am a vegatarian. I ordered a cheese quesadia and got a chicken quasedua without me knowing. I didnt realize at first because id like to assume i got what i ordered. I ended up going against my diet i have been doing for almost a year now. Thanks taco bell.

Tacos were good and did not taste of sadness. The guy working there seemed like he was annoyed we were ordering tacos but what can ya do.

The restaurant looks warm and inviting from the outside. Although the big potholes in the parking lot are the first sign that this Taco Bell has been neglected by its owners. Staff are friendly. The food was hot and tasty which can’t be said for dining room which is cold. Like 60 degrees in January. If I had come with a big group we probably have turned around and gone someplace else. Most tables are dirty The soda bar also needs a good cleaning as does the area that hold the sauce packets. Men’s room could also use a good scrub and plumbing is kinda leaky. The men’s room mirror looks like someone cleaned it with a Brillo pad. Did I mention it’s cold in the dining room because an Eskimo would feel at home in this Taco Bell. The grease stains on the purple wall behind the cash register are not a good look. Bathrooms are locked and you need to get a key to use them. I understand why they do this but for some reason it’s a big turn off for me.

After waiting in line for 1/2 hour… 3rd car in line I didn’t even get what I ordered. I understand low staff at 10pm but at least give me my order. Disappointing to say the least … can’t say I wasn’t warned by others but I figured I would give them a chance. Nope. Never again. Which sucks because I love taco bell.

Severely short staffed and will do everything possible to not take an in person order. When you walk into the restaurant, there will be no one at the cash register nor will they acknowledge you. You must place an order at one of the touchscreens, which isn’t a bad thing, but when there’s no one in front of you, it’s better customer service and much quicker to speak to a person. Every single table, no exaggeration, was dirty. We had to ask someone if a table can be cleaned just to sit and eat. Order took way too long to come out for fast food. The one employee we talked to was friendly and was apologetic for the mess and the delay. I’ve honestly never been a fan of their food. I just went to please my daughter. Will most likely never return.

The last 3 times I’ve gone, something has been missing from my bag. Went the other night, no one in line was told it would be a half hour before they’d be making food again. This was an hour before they were closing

This place truly makes me question the term “fast food.” It took-no lie-20 minutes to get a moderate order. There were no straws in the drink area, in addition to the limited drink covers. Dirty sauce area, dirty tables, horrible service. When I asked an employee for a straw, they made me feel like it was a burden to them. Just an awful experience. I much prefer the location on Memorial Drive in Chicopee.
