King crab legs taste like they were fresh out the boil with no seasoning.. yummy sauce taste like pure grease!!!! Food was bland!!! No seasoning! Waste of money! Had to force myself to eat it because it’s expensive! Never again!

We went to eat here Friday, Nov 13. Everything went normal. Mid day, fairly empty, quick service, alright flavor. I checked transactions today, Nov 18, and noticed the price looked higher then what I remember paying. I called the manager to figure out if something was wrong. The waitress made an honest mistake and put in my friends tip instead of the tip I gave, and put in my tip in his. Honest mistake no big deal, right?? I at least figured they would try and make it right, offer a discount on my next visit. The manager literally told me to “get the difference back from my friend” after a while the manager eventually offered me a 3 dollar gift certificate if I drove a whole hour back to the restaurant… Really??? No help from the restaurant side. I ended up having to call my bank and had them fix the issue. Be aware! And check your bank transactions if you eat here!

The waitress was a thicker white lady. She might need to find a different job bc she definitely didn’t have the right attitude to be at work. Didn’t refill our drinks or have a smile on her face. I mean if your not going to have a good attitude with the customer at least put a fake smile on your face. I always tip very well bc I used to be a waitress but I left her nothing!!!! Every other time I’ve been there it’s a great experience though.

We visit frequently. We always get the bag of crab legs, sausage, & shrimp. On every visit so far food is off the chain. We order extra corn as well. Their corn is best I have ever eaten. Not a long wait. Can also call in your order in advance and pick it up.
