They have American,Chinese, local style Manapua Truck food. Food is cheap and delicious. It’s also a Asian Grocery store

I love this place! I’ve known the husband and wife who own it, since I was 14.

Good place for local grinds and Manapua truck food. Try the HuliHuli Chicken on Saturdays!

Another restaurant that deserves more attention. I know in Honolulu that traditional plate lunches are a dime a dozen. But this is what you’d call authentic in that it isn’t just plate lunches. It really feels like it represents the culture of the island well, in that the bubble for the cuzine is so big, with various meats, sandwiches vs soups, plate lunches vs stir fry. Definitely worth a stop.

Not the original owners but still the same. Now they have plate lunches. Also a little more pricey than original owners. They have a mix variety of local foods now. Check them out if you have time and looking for some on the go food.

Very authentic food, the kind that I grew up eating. I’ve known these guys when they were cooking out of a food truck and now that they are an actual store, their taste hasn’t changed. I enjoyed it so much.

Miss the quality of old mom and pops lunch wagons. Manapuas as the locals call them. This is the spot for manapua, fried shoyu noodles, pork hash and all the other good stuff. Prices are still like the 1990s too.
