I ordered the chicken teriyaki, and it has a very fowl taste. The chicken is very dry and the rice and noddles are flavorless. The carrots are straight from a can. No flavor whatsoever, and extremely overpriced. I will never return. Terrible food, terrible business. Do not support this place.

Stopped for lunch on way through town. Got shrimp and broccoli and it was good for less than $10 I have no complaints.

This was my first time coming in here. I let the reviews deter me in the past, but decided to go ahead and see for myself since it’s very convenient to where I live. The girls working the register were really nice, and the food was good. The chicken wasn’t as fresh as it is at the restaurant, and may not be cooked to order, but it wasn’t as bad as another reviewer suggested. I still prefer Tokyo Express down the street, but would definitely come back here when I feel like having sogo without the 30+ minute wait for a table.

Our first time here. Person taking orders was rude and seemed bothered that we were there. The restaurant was very dirty. They should probably close down and power wash the entire place. I ordered teriyaki chicken. It was not what I expected. Everything was the same color. Bland flavor. Greasy. We won’t be back.

I’m pretty disgusted. Just bought three plates and sat to eat with my daughter and her friend. We started eating and the friend looked up and said you have hair in your food. I’m still in the car gagging. All three plates went in the garbage. The floor was sticky and nasty. It was not clean in there. can’t stop gagging.

Sogo is my go to for a good healthy meal on the go….its my usual spot to get a meal for work when I hadn’t cooked…love the teriyaki steak and chicken that’s my fave with broccoli mushrooms and onions

The lobby was clearly opened, and prefers we’re being taken by the staff. We wanted to sit inside and we were told they the lobby was closed and to sit outside, but we could have free refills. Makes no sense. Poor service all the way around!

Just left from there picking up my food. I preferred hibachi steak and shrimp and it was so bland. No hibachi or nothing. Called back to let them know and the girl on the phone didn’t care. She just said call back a speak with the manager. Never again will I go back there. I will also tell all my friends and family and post on social media. I’m so over these restaurants providing mediocre service and expecting tips. Who comes up with this? A good restaurant going downhill.
