A food court in a market you are most likely going to find mediocre food. This is not the case. Chef Jean Georges put the work into this place to make it incredible. T.Brassiere is on a $$$ scale. The food was incredible, plates were compacted with the right portion sizes, and served well with a bit of finesse. Service was remarkable! The chicken is a must try!!! Juicy, flavorful, perfect baked golden color. I would also recommend the steak. Everything on the menu ordered was well put together and excellent.

This is a very nice space within a beautifully designed building. Very tasty offerings here. We had the Cod and Skate and the girls had the roasted chicken. All very tasty. They have very well made fresh cut fries perfectly seasoned. I would recommend this place for a nice sit down meal with friends or family.

Excellent burger and excellent service. The Tin building is turning into my favorite dinigg by spot because of the uniqueness and beauty of the place. Each restaurant is different yet the same. Everyone has different cocktails but all the same ingredients. It’s really efficient. The burger on a pastry bun is one of the best I’ve had. However, I ordered it medium and it came out medium well. Next time I will order it medium rare but even though it was slightly over cooked it still tasted amazing. The fries were great as well and it was a great experience eating it at the bar. Can’t wait to go back.

T Brasserie is an amazing looking restaurant in a beautiful setting with a nice vibe. The service is excellent. The food is good. I had the goat cheese, spinach omelette, and it was good… Not outrageous. The french fries are excellent. The salmon carpaccio needed salt and pepper. It was beautifully presented, but did not have taste that I expected. The iced cappuccino came warmish without ice. So, the food can be improved… But overall it was a very enjoyable experience at a beautiful restaurant. I would definitely give it another try for dinner.

My overall experience was good. The ambiance and servers are excellent. I had the Gruyere Cheeseburger, which at first bite was blooming with flavor. However, as I continued eating it became more of a sodium bomb. I would also recommend a change in the bun used for the burger. The croissant-style bun quickly disintegrated in my hand forcing me to rely on a knife and fork (gasp!).

Came here for a quick dinner, sat at the bar, the bartender Rye was lovely and attentive. The service was fast. I wanted to try the salmon dish but they were out so I opted to try the halibut which was delicious. Heard the burger is the main character on the menu, I guess I’ll be back soon to try it.

Three of us came here for lunch on Valentine’s Day and it was both delicious and fun. Everything we ordered was well-prepared and tasty: the shaved brussel sprouts salad which comes with lardons and croutons, the mussels, the skate, the hamburger, a side of roasted brussel sprouts. And for dessert, since it was Valentine’s Day, we ordered the heart-shaped chocolate mousse. Service and food are great. I would give it 5 stars except for its nomadic-vibe. It is in the middle of the food hall vs. being a more discreet location. That said, I would definitely come back here – especially once the weather allows for outdoor dining.
