I advise anyone who order from them to please stop because they do not appreciate us. The lady on phone is the most rudest person I have witnessed in my life. She as very rude to a delivery guy in front of me, while he was waiting for her to respond, she kept ignoring him and even tore down the receipt. Please do not buy anything here if you value customer experience, and a Resturant that treats people with decency. Absolutely the worst kind of place to exist.

Once a few year ago, the lad y that answered the phone had a very bad attitude so me and my family stopped ordering from them. Now today I call to place my order and this same lady is on the phone yelling as if she is talking to a two year old child. Customer Service is severely lacking here. On top of getting back to the bad customer service it seems as though my price changes even if I place the same order but they refuse to provide an itemize receipt. I do not know why this restaurant believes it will continue getting customers when you have this type of service. The food is inconsistent and definitely not worth the money or disrespect that comes with it.

If I could give this place minus stars I would. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I have returned numerous times to experience the same bad service and rudeness. Today was the breaking point. I believe it is a husband and wife and the husband is a bit more cordial. Overall, they are rude and seem to not want customers by hanging up on me before I have placed my phone order, speaking abruptly upon arrival and giving the impression that extra ketchup or tartar sauce carries the same weight as gold. I will prepare my own Chinese food before returning to this establishment. I have tried to support our local businesses during the Pandemic but this is one business that I would rather see disappear. Please don’t support them or accept the treatment that you are subjected to from this establishment. Let’s support those that value us as a people and as a community. Our dollars collectively have value and power.

I order here all the time and give a good tip and the lady who takes the order is usually rude but tonight when I called she put me on hold in the middle of ordering and took another person’s order that just called. And then took a while so I hung up and called back and said I was in the middle of ordering and she literally YELLED at me and hung up on me! That’s horrible customer service. Don’t order here give your business to people who deserve it.
