Ordered for pickup to celebrate my new job. Quoted time was 20 min. which took a bit longer to drive in from Junction City. Food wasn’t done upon arrival. Inside was remodeled for more video poker machines and the crowd it attracts is unsavory. There was garbage, broken glass on the sidewalk out front. Fried shrimp was extra crispy. Not the same as it was years ago. Maybe under new management?

The egg rolls were day old dipped in batter and refried. The wonton soup had extra veggies that I did not ask for which made it disgusting,the fried rice was dry and gross and the dumpling were also old and recooked. I wasted my money and didnt get anything edible. I called and they admitted that the egg rolls as re made the day before and then dipped in batter and refried. I would never eat there or reccomend anyone else to. I used doordash so I’m hoping for a refund. If I get it I will amend this

Had for the first and only time a few days ago. Was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. So many better options in the area. Very little meat mostly veggies and mostly celery. Like they were trying to stretch their meat and make up for it in cheaper veggies. Should have been way more meat then they served for the price. I feel very cheated. I ordered Mongolian Beef and was more like Mongolian celery. Sauce spilled out all over inside of bag the only thing that I can say nice about the food is average steamed rice.

Got there at 8pm.. nice waitress took our order… food came around 835. I ordered the build your own combo plate with chicken subgum chow mein Mar Far chicken crab puffs and barbecued pork.

It was without a doubt the worst disgusting most dirty place I have ever seen food been served. I wouldn’t even know how to explain the filth inside that place! I only stop there because it was on my way home that night and I have eaten there many many many years ago obviously I remember the food being good. I definitely would’ve remembered it looking like it looks now. Not only would it be shut down in a heartbeat if anybody walked into that place doing any kind of an inspection for the health authorities of Lane county. But it’s been made into a basically poker machine room right in the middle of downtown Eugene’s homeless and it is disgusting. Now to the normal stuff I asked for a lot of hot mustard and sauces I received a small tub of hot mustard and one soy sauce and get this my fortune cookie didn’t even have a fortune in it and I can’t tell you how stale it was. I can honestly tell you I was not able to eat that food when I can’t believe a place like that is open and serving anybody who is out there ordering online because you’ve never been there please I’m telling you it’s not a good idea I wouldn’t serve my dogs out for their floor let alone their tables

After years of ordering from here I never will again. It took TWI hours for our food to be delivered, we live less than 2 miles away. We always order delivery just because the one-time I attempted take-out was a disaster. After an hour and a half I called and the girl was utterly confused about my even placing an order ON THEIR WEBSITE, asked me for my order number and everything. Then she proceeded to LIE that she thinks it is out for delivery and to just have patience. Miraculously our food arrived about 40 minutes later, some fresh…some obviously reheated and just gross. When I tried to call back to demand a refund of at least my generous driver tip and the inedible food, they were closed. And yes I wanted to tip back, it’s the same girl who lied to me on the phone.

well that food is disgusting. First time ordering from this restaurant — ordered “pineapple chicken” which made absolutely no mention of being spicy, but was a bath of pink (half cooked) chicken and mostly water cashew chunks doused in chili peppers and drowning in watery, tasteless sauce.
