Syberg’s is AWESOME! Great for all occasions. Perfect for watching sports with friends. Big bar, delicious food, and a stage for music + comedy. With reasonable prices! I grew up loving this place, going to the original location mostly, and introducing the now many locations to friends and family all over town. I know inflation has driven prices up, but it’s now to the point where I look at the prices on the menu and I am knocked off my feet. I can’t bring myself to come around anymore. I simply can’t justify it. Syberg’s has always been reliably good and I’m sure it would be great if I went tonight with these astronomical prices, but at the end of the day, it’s a sports bar.

I had their shark bite cocktail. It’s blue like ocean water, and the little shark is filled with grenadine. You pour it in so it looks like blood in the water. Tastes good, and you get to keep the shark! Had a great time.

I came in to have drinks with a friend. The kitchen was closed. This location is the flagship of all Syberg’s. At 10 pm. , I would expect the test kitchen to continue to be open. All I can do is buy top shelf Rye Whiskey. Don’t expect a full menu to be operational, yet I do expect to at least have the opportunity to have at least a late night happy hour menu.
