Not on my list of good hotpot places in town for sure. We got there around 6:30pm on a Sunday and the place was nearly empty. But they had us wait for them to clean up a 2 person table before they seated us. Note that almost all other 3 person tables were empty. We did all you can eat. They didn’t check on us often to see if we wanted to order another round. Food is less authentic than most other hotpot places in town, but the all you can eat price is comparably high.

It’s okay in there, it’s difficult to know what to get if you’ve never been. They kind of expect you to know all the flavors, it’s all you can eat so have some space. It’s okay for what it is, the drinks were amazing other than that it’s a good one time experience.

First the service still a major issue, there is no improvement in the service this is my second time. Arriving at 6 pm, waiting for 20 minutes and found that there are tons of empty table for 4. Slow in taking order, slow in delivering and there missing orders. No clean up of the table. Given the $40 per person before tax and tip, just hire a few more table please.

Decent food. Probably not worth spending $40 per person though. I don’t know whose bright idea was to make the soup bowl out of coffee filter. But just looking at that boiling soup inside the coffee filter makes me question my life choices.

It was our first time here with friends who had gone before. The all you can eat is expensive but you do get A TON of food so come hungry. It was really easy to just cook and eat the food right on the table. Quality of ingredients was good.

Went during weekend lunch time, wait for about an hour on waitlist, saw there are several tables that are unoccupied. Staffs are very “chilled” and we wait for like 5 minutes just be there and see staff cleaning the table and put the utensils for us.

We were here during the opening. The karaage and deep fried buns were very good. The portions for the meat are big but the seafood and other add-on are small which is nice because you can try what you like before ordering more.
