Was excited to see it was a sweet water near, unfortunately the lady at the counter ruined it. She’s older with a bonnet on her head. She was rushing us to order, a regular came in and she was taking her money and ordered before we could finish. Very rude rolling her eyes, very unprofessional. People sitting out front smoking and hanging out like it’s a party.

This was the first time I ordered from sweetwater. I was super excited because the menu looked and sounded amazing, and the reviews on google were great. I ordered steak bites and beer-battered chicken. Unfortunately, the steak bites looked like charcoal. They were so overcooked and dry, and they were completely inedible. Chicken was better than the steak bites, but were also extremely dry. Very disappointing

Giant rubbery wings drenched in burnt old cooking oil!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Sweetwater express Trash!! I have been to two other locations (not express) and the food and service were great but this “express location” gets 2 thumbs down. Completely disappointed… and hungry!!
