I had the barbecue chicken and and squash bowl, it wasn’t even half full. For $17 I was not filled, more like a snack. I was surprised they don’t have a tip jar for my spare change. It was tasty but the bad part is they put the plastic sauce container inside the bowl and covered it. So the heat melted and deformed the sauce container as shown in my pictures. This is a health and toxicity concern! I pointed it out to the employee and she dismissed it like it was no big deal and said oh that’s also because we use eco-friendly packaging. No your sauce container is made out of plastic! It is not biodegradable packaging. It has melted and probably leached some plastic into my food. She threw the sauce away after I told her to show the rest of her staff so they avoid making the same mistake with other customers in the future. She didn’t care. For the price I probably won’t come back here. My friend said at other locations they filled up his bowl as much as he wanted. Also they use disposable plastic forks individually packaged in a disposable plastic wrapper. Will our world ever move away from using so much plastic? They reached out after my review and offered a messily $10 credit for my next visit, not a free replacement meal, so I won’t be coming back. Cheap corporate policy.

I generally love sweetgreen and come to this restaurant at least 3 times a week for takeout. The Brentwood location is walkable for me but absolutely the worst location compared to downtown SM or Montana in SM. All locations have gotten remarkably unfriendly since before the pandemic – despite having corporate values prominently displayed – you’re never acknowledged or thanked. However, I’m there for pickup so not the biggest dealbreaker. BUT – At least every other week one of my orders is messed up – no salad dressing or wrong vegetable. These are for classic menu items not custom orders. These are also for $16 salads – you think there would be greater attention to detail, so I’m not left with a bad dinner.

I’ve been to most sweetgreens on the westside. I prefer this one over the others. Staff is quick, friendly and always seem to be on point. Have tried different bowls. The Chicken-Chipotle Pepper Bowl should be a permanent option. A little on the pricey side, but the bowls I’ve had have been tasty.

Perfectly located in the heart of Brentwood. The energy and vibe in this neighborhood are delightful. The staffs here at the store are very friendly, and they smile a lot. The salad was mixed perfectly with ‘light’ sauce. The music in the store was great. It is a great place to have a short meetup with people – second to Starbucks!

This is my favorite Sweetgreens! I did not know I couldn’t come in with a dog (my dog is not a service animal or ESA) so someone came outside to take my order, despite the fact they were closing in 5 minutes! Then, they realized they were out of sweet potatoes (what I ordered) and they threw a new batch in just for me, even though they wouldn’t be ready until 10 minutes after the store was suppose to be closed. Everyone there is always super accommodating – great customer service.

I love sweet green but this place is absolutely disgusting!! Good all over the ground and the inside literally smells. We had to walk out and go somewhere else because of how unbearable it was. Also I know sweet green to be a very friendly atmosphere and every single person here was rude to us made us feel like we were bothering them. Would highly recommend going to another location!
