I normally have good salad experiences here, but today, they really were not even trying to do a better job. I asked for a teriyaki chicken salad to change it up. It includes okra, and they gave me only a grand total of two okras. I asked to put cilantro, and they barely put any in there. They gave me half a scoop of chicken, and when I asked for medium on the dressing, they barely made half a circle. Also, the rice in it, some of it was hard/uncooked, which sucked.

Ordered the hot honey chicken plate yesterday at 2pm and developed violent food poisoning by 7pm. Did not sleep last night. I am still feeling incredibly ill. I let them know the food did not taste fresh via the app when prompted about my order. I’ve had several friends reach out and claim they have had similar experiences at this location.

The wild rice was crunchy and hard, the tofu was dry and WAY over-seasoned, the avocado was rock hard, and the miso ginger dressing was more chili flavor than ginger. That’s a lot to forgive in a $14 salad, even if the staff was really nice.

I purchase 2 teas and a crispy rice treat, and I asked if I can park at the location for an hour to walk to a store next door. The manager comes to talk to me and he ask my wife and I if where on something. That was a really rude question and I found it disrespectful when all I asked was if I can park for no more than an hour. The signs outside clearly state customer parking I made a purchase and honestly the teas and treat were not that good. But the manager was rude and the teas taste awful and crispy treat was ok.

This place gets zero stars for the simple fact that you can’t substitute the tasteless chicken in the kid’s meal for chicken that actually has seasoning on it. They wouldn’t even let me pay extra to substitute the chicken because it’s not set up in their system. I paid $75 for our meals and I couldn’t get decent chicken. Hard pass on this place. Yeah, and my daughter obviously wasted her kid’s meal because it was awful.

I LOVE sweet green. Thankful for this location. The parking outside is a bit trippy because they have old spaces and new spaces marked – so I just swing my car in and hope I’m good. Easy pickup for online ordering and easy when you order in person.
