Was really liking this place as it had replaced our previous go-to salad place despite the limited selection of toppings. Today, however, when they tacked on additional charges without advising there would be additional charges for a second scoop of almonds and an extra squirt of dressing after never before doing so, well, this was my last visit!! If there are going to be extra charges, it is the employees responsibility to advise such! With that said, there are other places better and less expensive so buhbye!!

A lot of healthy options, I stopped by the first time last night with a friend who raved about it. He’s been to one of the locations in NYC. One of the things not advertised along with the food on the website is the high sodium contents in most of their bowls. There are some bowls are under 1k MG in sodium. Overall a fresh and clean experience while visiting the location. I would definitely visit from time to time to select something from the low sodium section of their bowls. The nutrional overview of ingredients is downloadable at the end of the page of the menu.

Ok — place is super clean, bright friendly atmosphere. Elijah was super helpful for me with the app/web and how to order online vs in the store. He also was super friendly and accomodating to a group of ladies who couldn’t hold on to their bowls when the wind was blowing and knocked all of their food on the patio outside. Not once, but twice. Crazy. I almost didn’t have to order as their food and bowls went flying across the sidewalk. Anyways he brought them inside and made them new bowls.

Pretty dang good. I got the shroomami and my wife got the crispy rice chicken with some roasted potatoes. I’m 6’ 220 lbs and the portions were more than enough to fill me up. Yum.

I love their food and atmosphere however I have placed two very big Uber orders and the store keeps canceling the order with no explanation. If they aren’t allowing Uber to deliver, get off their website. Thank you!

The night manager Paige feels the need to start putting up food and locking the doors 30 minutes to closing. The staff says we always lock doors early, well update your hours so customers do not waste their time. The TCU location is a 10 out of 10. This Southlake location is sorely lacking and is a 1 out of 10.
