My friend and I were here July 9 and it was our first time ever ordering at a sweetgreen. Everything was delicious and India was so kind and patient with us, she has such a fun and welcoming demeanor and we really appreciated her kindness. This food is a bit pricey but her customer service made it worth it and so did the food 😉

First time here. Went today to grab a salad for lunch, I had the Kale Caesar salad. It was good but a bit underwhelming for over 13$. It was pretty busy for lunch, but the staff managed to get through the lines. Only downside, they clearly were running low of items to be offered and the work stations were clearly in need of a cleaning. May try them again.

Love their salads, never disappoint. Their Kale Ceaser and Crispy Rice Bowl are my favorites. I usually order ahead, as the lunch hour lunch line gets very long. It’s located in the Willis Tower.

Love sweetgreen! This specific location moves SO SLOW for being in the Sears tower. The line is consistently staffed as if they won’t have a huge lunch or dinner rush.. I just don’t get it. At least have the staff move with expediency?? Be prepared to wait in line for 40 minutes if it’s lunch time.

Food is good – their salads are pricey but very tasty and filling for a salad. Getting your food is always a bit of an adventure, and I’m not sure why I continue to subject myself to the torture. Multiple times now I get an email saying my food is ready, only to have to wait 15 minutes to actually pick it up. My advice would be to order early, and wait 15 minutes after receiving the order ready email. That should improve the odds to 75%+ of your food actually being there.

I work in the Tower and I love grabbing lunch from this place. Their salads are the best in all of downtown! All of the employees are great, but my favorite employee there is India, she’s extremely hard working, super friendly, and always gets my complicated salad options just PERFECT!
