I rarely give 1 stars, but This location is terrible. I usually go to the one in north loop although this one is the closest to me. I placed an order on their app for delivery. The salad came delivered with NO chicken. My main protein was missing and I was confused. I tried everything to reach them out, their texting system nobody replied for hours. I was fasting all day long and this was my o my meal and It had no protein. I took pictures and videos to show to their customer service but nobody ever came back to me and replied to the text. So Iam stuck with a vegetarian bowl that cost me 16$. I finally reached out to their automated services and there is no option for my current need. They gave me a 5 $ credit which to me is insulting. I just want my bowl as I ordered it. Either you send me a new bowl prepared correctly because I paid for the whole thing, or you refund me the bowl so I can replace the correct order. I am just so mad right now!

Ordered a hot honey chicken plate on Uber eats, but I didn’t get what I ordered. If you are out of the hot honey then please take it off Uber so we know instead of just giving us whatever you want to substitute it with. Asides from that misshap, the food is delicious and great portions.

I’ve been here 8+ times and usually it is great, but most recently the chicken was disgusting. I am not even 100% sure it was chicken (see pictures). There was a TON of fat, and it was really stringy. If you’re looking for the highest quality ingredients go to Green and the Grain instead.

Wow, we are impressed. The value you get for the price you pay is literally unbelievable. I figured the salad would be kind of small since it’s a health food and unfortunately those tend to be high cost. I got the Spring Asparagus salad, it cost $12.45. The to go bowl was so deep and filled to the brim. I couldn’t even finish it, that’s how much I got! I got an extra side of dressing which I would definitely recommend as my friend only got one dressing and theirs was just a little too dry. Still delicious, nonetheless. The goddess green dressing is amazing. I am so happy we came across this place. Good location, the employee working was kind. We will be back!

The food really isn’t anything special. The raw ingredients look fresh. The cooked ingredients looked fairly underwhelming. Mixing up the salad makes it look messy and unappetizing. This was my first time at Sweetgreen and I usually like being asked before someone tosses my salad

Staff was not very friendly. They were out if 3 diff dressings, almonds and focaccia bread to name a few. Seating are was messy with dirty tables. Food was good but ingredient ratios were way different than last visit with same salad. At least they were open tonight. Last night they had a sign on the door saying “come back in 5 minutes”. After waiting about 12 minutes, we went elsewhere. Hopefully things improve drastically or I don’t see them lasting very long.
