This is what I received from sweetgreen for my DoorDash order. From this store location when I ordered 45 minutes near closing time. This is literally disgusting. The food looks eaten out of. It came cold. It came with literally 2 pieces of potato. I ordered a double order of chicken and received one serving. This is definitely disgusting, don’t order from here if it’s near closing time. First and last time eating at this location, I ate from a different location the other day and had no problems. They will give you pet food leftovers of a meal. DO YOUR JOB properly. If the store doesn’t close until 9:30PM then you give QUALITY FOOD until that time. Don’t ever play in my face, with my food or my money. Then didn’t even include utensils when I clearly asked to include utensils. Does this look like finger food??? I’m so confused

Sweet Green has become a complete joke, including their store on 1821 Chestnut St. Their “hot honey chicken” dish in reality vs. what they advertise. They charge $14 for this but should be paying people to eat it. They don’t value customers and you shouldn’t pay them for terrible food. Shameful.

Ok. I didn’t catch the managers name. But this guy is amazing. I was going to leave Philly thinking everyone in the food industry here just about had it, but Sweetgreens manager, you sir are a superstar. Service, patience, accommodation, friendly, and going above and beyond for me. My salad tastes so fresh and amazing. I really hope the owner sees this and promotes this manager some day. If not, I would like to recruit him to my own restaurants. We need people like him everywhere!
