During my visit, I encountered a server named Tonya Ramaya who provided me with extremely poor customer service. She initially informed me that my pickup order would be ready in 5 minutes. However, despite the restaurant being empty, I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes before my order was prepared.

The service would have got five stars but one employee was on joke time and forgot this was on my time. I don’t care what you think about how many chains I am wearing just do your job and we don’t have problems. I don’t dress to impress men of basic taste.

The servers did not greet me when I entered, and then pointedly greeted a customer that was behind me, not even ordering yet. I told the server I have a $3 plate credit can I apply it to my order. She barely understood English and tried to tell me I can use the plate credit on the day specified. I explained to her that you can use the credit up until the date specified. She then proceeded to ring me up and charge me the full price. Another associate stood there blankly. These employees need to be trained in customer service and if they don’t know how to do something call a manager. I am upset because I have spent a lot of money at sweet green downloaded the app but I’m not getting any rewards or points.
