I had the worst experience at this location. The protein and rice was not ready so I asked if they knew what time it could be ready and they said no we don’t know and gave me attitude. When I also asked them to put a side they would breathe heavily and sigh after any request. I usually have great experiences at sweetgreen but this location made me want to never eat sweetgreen again. They were also just talking amongst themselves and were half ignoring me when I was ordering.

Why is the staff incredibly rude every time. Been here numerous times as i work around the corner. Not one person in line and the girl working just stares at me, no hello or can I help you? as the staff behind the counter laughs at you and makes you feel like you’re the inconvenience.

The service is awful here! I’ve never experienced such rude staff. One team member (cashier) was sitting down in dining area with a friend. The woman making my salad was extremely short with me and while she was making my salad she stopped to make an online order salad. I then had to wait at the cash register to pay, but the cashier was too busy with her friend to check me out. The woman who made my salad finally came to check me out and was extremely unprofessional, yelling and laughing to the cashier and friend in the dining area. I’m shocked I had that kindof experience for a $18 salad. Will not be going back again.

Apologies if I’m misspelling, but Jamika, who works at this location, is incredible. Tonight I saw her working the line all by herself, making three meals simultaneously while being super friendly and cool with everyone. If anyone from management reads this, this is someone you should value and promote.

They close down a half hour before closing time and only keep toppings and shakes out while cleaning with bleach etc in the food area. So when they say 9p, it’s actually 8:30 closed. Food is good but the staff mistakes and attitude means I’ve never gotten a meal completely correct.
