Don’t let the look of sweetgreen salad on their site fool you! I ordered three salads. When I receive the salads, they were halfway or less empty. Not to mention, I ordered extra chicken. Does this look like it has extra chicken? I tried contacting them. They never responded. To make matters worse, I paid $60 for three 1/2 empty salads. I am beyond disappointed. As much as I like them, I will never ordered from them again!!!!!

SweetGreen is an incredible make-your-own salad restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. The diverse array of fresh, organic ingredients allowed me to create a salad that perfectly suited my preferences. The quality and flavors were outstanding. The staff provided excellent guidance and the service was attentive and accommodating. a must-visit for salad lovers looking for a delicious and healthy dining experience.

I’ve been going to this location since it’s opening back in 2021 (or 2020? can’t remember). Under portion has always been an issue at this location and I think it’s getting worse. To be fair the portion you get ordering on weekends is decent but on weekdays you’ll just get half the weekend portion. It’s clear that they are spreading the ingredients too thin to meet the volume demand on weekday lunches.

Has anyone seen these in their salad from this location? Is this plastic? This is the 2nd time it’s happened at this location with different items. Once with the green goddess and also once with the hummus bowl. The strings are really hard and don’t break easily like a vegetable.

Exploiting customers – I was able to see the bottom of my bald harvest bowl. Sweet green needs to understand their customers are wanting to eat healthy nevertheless not interested in giving you 17$ for this bowl

I ordered online so maybe my experience is different but I haven’t seen any small portion sizes of any kind. I’ve got food here twice and it’s been more than satisfactory both instances. Lentils were kind of bunched up but still tasted really good

I ordered a warm bowl for the first time at this store. Unlike some reviews, I found the portion size to be normal. Maybe it’s an issue only with online orders or salad bowls. The person who was taking care of my order was great, and the food was fantastic. However, the in-store line moved very slowly. It seemed like there were more employees taking care of online orders compared to those attending to in-store ones. It would have been better if at least one from the online order group came to help with in-store orders, but unfortunately, this did not happen. Maybe Sweetgreen wants you to order online and I would recommend the same to avoid the long queue.

This place is only decent when you order in person and can oversee your order being made. Every single time I do an online order, it’s wrong. Don’t bother making a substitution or adding in some custom ingredients – it just gets ignored. But you’ll be charged for it if course! It’s sad because I love sweetgreen and eat all the time at other locations, but this one cannot do online orders properly.

I get salad from this sweetgreen on a weekly basis. The space is open and spacious with lots of natural sunlight coming in. There are lots of options in terms of salads and all the staff there are kind. My usual order is the chicken pesto parm bowl. There’s so much flavor and texture in that bowl. The salads are fresh and portions are great!
