They have many different meals here that are very good. You can create your own if wanted. They have just salads without protein or you can add many different protein choices. The service is good and the atmosphere is very casual. Very busy at times. Good healthy place!

First time trying this place as I live in western ma and we don’t have sweetgreen by us- this location was clean, employees were kind – unfortunately they did take a while to get through a not so long line. It was prime time – 6:30pm – and they didn’t have any avocados which was a little sad, but overall the Garden Cobb salad was excellent – will definitely try again! My brother got the Kale Ceasar which he rly liked too

Like many of these “build your meal” restaurants, it wasn’t clear where to stand to order (far side, near etc) and suddenly 2 people passed me… And 5 of the 6 workers were filling delivery orders… But the wait was short, the food was fresh and plentiful in the bowl (got 2 meals from it). Ambience was clean basic tables. I will order again

Ugghhhhhhhh. The worst. I’d give zero stars if I could. Regardless of which app or service you use to order a fish taco salad, they will never include the fish and you’re lucky if they remember avocado. I haven’t had this issue with any other location, just the useless one in Dedham. If you decide to order from them, good luck getting what you paid for.

So this is a salad place which just places raw ingredient in its own spots and call it a dish. There is no thought put into their menu speciality item. If I order Fish taco bowl, I expect it to be a whole dish not another salad bowl with fish fish on one side and sauces in separate container. Much prefer CAVA if I have to go for healthier option. In fact for this location, I would rather go to salad buffet in whole foods nearby if I have to assemble my raw ingredients.

Online order said ready for pick up at 3pm. Didn’t get food until 325pm. Got the new chipotle chicken bowl and they left out the chipotle salsa that basically makes the dish. Everyone I order online I end up waiting way after the pick up time while they crank out in-person orders. Don’t recommend this location.

They run out of stuff and try to cheat you out of what goes on your bowl or salad. You wait there for 30-40 minutes and stuff runs out and they don’t care. Just a another version of Cava that started off great but goes really quick to suck..
