I had the Garden Salad for lunch. I wanted the roast beef but she ran out of it before noon. So I say if you really would like something special on the menu, call and order early!!

The chicken stew & garden salad was good & freshly made in the morning! Dessert was Rum Cake & a Pot of Black Tea and it was packed with flavor.

Amazing food and service! The ladies here are always so sweet and the food..Amazing! Love the fruit tea, champagne chicken, cornbread salad, and feta spaghetti! Never disappoints! Sorry, about the picture of the half eaten crepe!

A friend of my daughter mentioned getting a cake from here for her birthday. After us arriving, I see a sign for curbside pickup only. I looked inside and saw someone in there who also saw me. unfortunately, the worker and/or owner does not care about getting business. It must be nice to afford losing our business now and in the future.

NO ma’am I can’t eat there any more 1st & last time. Chicken & dressing was EXTREMELY SALTY & the gravy was like a mustard/ green in color. $15 dollars is too much money for plate u can’t eat. Customer service was great!

Love that me and a friend can go and have great food. They have cute little booths where you have a lot of privacy. They have great hot tea. And great deserts. I don’t get home cooking very often and this food is lovely. It’s better than typical southern cooking. They add there own signature to the food. The champagne chicken is my favorite and the quiche. Big fan of the lemon and strawberry cake. There citrus sweet tea is just right, not overly sweet. Everyone should take time out and go enjoy this place! So glad they are in a bigger location as well!!

Do not go here if you are in a hurry. We all ordered a lunch special, a “dip” plate. We finally received our order after about an hour when we finally told them we were going to leave if they couldn’t bring our food. Miraculously, our food was ready…except for the cornbread. The reason it was not available was because “there was a large order of about 15 before we took your order, so we have to cook more.” Since our order had been taken about an hour earlier, I don’t understand why it was not ready. $22 for two lunch specials and a tea each. No waitress service except when you flagged someone down. Food was okay. Service was terrible. Price was a little higher than eating at a Cracker Barrel – and Cracker Barrel has better service. I probably won’t be back.

I just had one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Champagne Chicken done to perfection. It just fell apart it was so tender. The side of delicate noodles with truffle butter was incredible. This meal was so over the top delicious I never wanted it to end.

The best home cooked food in Athens, with curbside service. No matter what I go there for I must leave with Caramel Cake and lima beans. It really is the sweetest thing

The food was good and the atmosphere was very eccentric! However, the service was extremely slow. We waited over 45 minutes to get our order. No one came by the table to give an update on how long it would be. I gave four stars only because the food was good.
