Food just Wasn’t worth the price waste of money 2 very small fish strip fries 2 small hard hush puppies and 2 tablespoons of coleslaw and called it a platter??? For 20 my husband was still hungry. At least the Caesar salad was good so he ate the rest of that.

Literally maybe the best cheese pizza I’ve had in my life. What? Why? So delicious. Service with a smile, all of the ladies are friendly. Easy to use points towards food and drinks. Recommend.

First time visitors (party of 4): it was a Friday morning about 10:00 and there was a handful of other patrons. The place was clean and the food displays were appealing. The cashier was pleasant and responsive to our questions/special requests. She provided us the beeper and we sat at one of the roomy booth/tables. Since were were expecting “convenient” food – not necessarily “fast”food (thankfully) – we didn’t mind the 20 or so min wait – and were delighted with our meals. The portions were plentiful and delicious – especially the extra crispy bacon (as ordered)!

Service was very slow. I ordered tea and it was old . The food took 45 mins and the place was not that busy. The food was descent ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries. My fries was not in my bag had to go wait for my fries and when brought to me was not even hot.

Waited for over 30 minutes to order. Waited another 40 for our food to be delivered. The fries were in a container making them super soggy, we ate in the lobby. The pizza was the worse I have ever gotten there. Been many times and the pizza is normally very good. This one wasn’t cut hardly at all and the dough was raw towards the center. Couldn’t really eat it but was not going to wait. It looked awful like it had been dropped a few times. Not sure but they seemed under staffed. Will not go back.

Slowwwwww service. Waited over 25 minutes with two people in front of me. Then waited another 47 minutes for my food for only two people. Employees were no where to be found and only saw one person the entire time.

We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here. The club sandwich is large and well made. The chicken salad croissant was very good. The prices are reasonable considering the location.

We come here at least every other month. Since all the other restaurant close by the time we want to eat this is the only place open. It always seem like the people that work there don’t care about anything. Quality of food (mediocre) service (real bad) attitudes (the worst). They make you wait and wait and wait to get your order to make you food and to give you your food that you paid for. Amazing how they stay open with such bad practices. After reading the other I reviews I decided to add this. The owner keeps responding that we should notify management. SIR THE LAST TIME I TRIED TO DO THAT GUESS WHAT HAPPENED

Food is good, but pricey. Waiting in line to order for over 30 minutes wasn’t pleasant. Gold Strike needs to find a way to accommodate their guests with more options, especially during the week. Maybe Gold Strike is having a problem rehiring a staff to open the Americana Buffet up full time. I glad we only come here once a year, don’t like the inconvenience when you come to a casino as a fun to trip..
