First coffee shop in baldwin county that I have gone to that properly times espresso shots. That may seem small but it is absolutely huge if you want your coffee to taste smooth and not bitter.

I absolutely love this Coffee Shop, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in describing a drink they thought I would enjoy, and they were right. The coffee is perfect! They even gave me a gift card, cause they thought I waited too long…. that was an unexpected surprise!

Sweet Home Coffee has a warm and cozy feel inside. More like you are visiting a friend rather than out for coffee at a business. The staff were more like talking to a friend than a server. Overall top notch atmosphere for me. The two coffees I purchased were amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Thank you to all of the staff for a memorable experience.

Definitely go inside! We’ve been going here for a few years for the wonderful mocha frappes, but we always used the drive-thru. I wish so much I had realized it’s so beautiful indoors! From the outside, we imagined the cafe much smaller. But it’s a perfect place to read a book (there is a free book trade corner), chat with family & friends, or work on a book or online. The gift shop is small but has beautiful goods at excellent prices. I’ll be back to write my book. 🙂

Impressed with the coffee and the staff! Cute little place. Despite seeing an extremely rude customer, and how she treated the staff (because there was no creamer on the counter…), they stayed happy and helpful. A local gem. I just wish they had more breakfast foods
